Ecological Significance/Pollinators: Larval host to Owlet Moth, Pink-Patched Looper Moth, Hitched Arch Moth, Speckled Cutworm 

Spreading Habit: Height 3-7', slowly growing in clumps 

Seed Provence: Wild collected in Franklin County, MA. Grown out in Westport, MA by the farmers at Ivory Silo Farm.

Habitat: Meadows and fields, anthropogenic/disturbed habitat, woodlands, forests, floodplains, shores of rivers or lakes and swamps, wetland margins(Wetland code FACW)
